Mahalo Daily is currently looking for a new show host.  They’re holding a very entertaining competition called Mahalo Vlog Idol.  It’s come down to six finalists and I’ve made my pick on who I want to win.

Kristina Allison has a great look.  Even though she was dubbed as “the dark horse”, I think she has what it takes to win and make viewers want to watch the show.  She also has a great voice which can be heard by listening to her band called The Paper Dolls.

All of the contestants are putting forth a great effort.  Going from the initial auditions to watching the full episodes of Mahalo Daily,  I was very impressed at all the improvements and changes that I saw.

Here are my picks in order, and some brief comments about their full episodes.

#1 Kristina Allison (My Pick.  Can also relate to studio work from college)

#2 Nadine Heimann (Great presence and subject matter.  I watch wrestling)

#3 Leah D’Emilio (Creative choice in subject.  Wasn’t expecting it. I like being surprised)

#4 Michelle Hummel (seemed a little uncomfortable at the beginning of this episode, but got into it later on.)

#5 Sarah Atwood (Good subject and presence.  Just lacked on the B-roll footage a bit. Wanted to see some dancing as she explained things)

#6 Andrea Rene (Presence didn’t grab me,  but subject is great.  Reminds me of the days volunteering at the Police Department)
