I went into work today, and the time clock accepted my badge. I went down to start cashering and Amy told me I didn’t work today.
Usually when that happens, the time clock beeps and reads that I’m not scheduled to work. Amy and I went to check the schedule. Sure enough, I don’t work today.
I have my schedule written down at home RIGHT next to my computer, and I still don’t get to work when I’m supposed to lol.

Another late podcast plug lol. It’s still hard to keep up with all the ones I want to listen to.
Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht started a podcast for digg.com. They cover all the top dug stories, and other things. You can suscribe to it via iTunes or go to diggnation.com for other ways of downloading the episodes.
I’m listening to Episode 3 right now, but I have no idea what they’re talking about. They’re talking about monkeys lol. It’s a great podcast though.

Today was a really long day. I went to work at 7am, and didn’t get home until 4:00 this afternoon. There was so much to do because the overnight crew didn’t get everything done. I spent most of the day stocking and barely had time to help members out. Terry gave me a project to do also. I had to do a short inventory on our printer ink cartridges. That took longer than I expected. I had to note how many we had, how many were on order, and our weekly club sales.
Other than that, the day seemed really long. The laptop that I mentioned in my last post is SOLD OUT, even on samsclub.com Figures, I always wait too long to act on things. It’s not a cancelled item though (which is usually the case for our laptops) so we’re going to be getting more in. I’ll just have to monitor that, but it could be a little while before they come in.
